At Tiger Lily Boutique, we want you to love your new look; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns for store credit within 14 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for processing.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags are attached and the packing slip is included inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 3 business days of your request.

• 4.
  Receive Store Credit

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, you will receive an electronic gift card via email for the full value of the returned merchandise.
